Our team relies on regularly calibrated measuring equipment and statistical process control (SPC). We use a wide variety of quality control machines that help us to ensure accuracy. We use Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), including the Zeiss Contura G2 and the Bendix Cordax 1000, to ensure precise measurements with computer-aided accuracy. Our team also relies on the J&L EPIC 14 optical comparator to inspect manufactured parts and to ensure that the dimensions and geometry used are accurate.
