We use a broad range of advanced quality control machines to ensure accuracy and consistency for the parts and components that we manufacture for our customers. For example, we use the J&L EPIC 14 optical comparator to inspect the manufactured parts and to ensure that the dimensions and geometry are accurate. In addition, we also use several different types of height gauges, including the Tesa MICRO-HITE and Tesa HITE in 14, 24, and 28-inch models, as well as the Fowler 400 V4 to provide an extra step in Massachusetts quality control for the machining of precision components. Our Coordinate Measuring Machines, or CMMs, as they are known in the business, include the Zeiss Contura G2 and the Bendix Cordax 1000 to ensure robust and precise measurements with computer-aided accuracy.
